• Hover over Setup
  • Select Checklists from the available drop-down menu
  • Click on the Add Checklist button - You can either choose a checklist from a template from your industry or create a new one from scratch
  • Enter your checklist name
  • Write your checklist description
  • Click on Add a Question or edit existing ones
  • Add the answer type - Single Select, Multiple Select, Number, Dropdown or Star Rating
  • Mark question as mandatory for checklist submission, if you wish to - The user will not be able to submit the checklist without answering this question
  • Add more questions as per your requirement
  • Click on the Save & Quit button to save your changes and exit the page. You can alternatively click on ‚ÄúSave and schedule" which saves the checklist and navigate to schedules page
