While creating a checklist, you can group questions together, making it easier for multiple users to complete relevant sections. When you’re on the new checklist creation page:

  • Click on Add a Group button.
  • Enter your Group name.
  • Write your question(s)
  • Select the input type by clicking on Select Type button
  • Choose the input type from the following options
  • Click on Add a Question in this Group for adding a question in the same group.
  • Click on the Save & Quit button to save your changes and exit the page
