There are 4 different types of schedules you can assign to your checklist:

  • Daily Schedules: These types of checklists are scheduled by the user(s) on a daily basis. If you’re on the Schedules page, simply click on a daily schedule, and under the schedule summary simply add timings. Additionally, you can also skip schedule on a weekly holiday like Saturdays and Sundays, etc.

Daily Schedule: A daily schedule will have a checklist recur on a daily basis

Schedule Plan: Assign when you would like the daily schedule to recur

Any time Of The Day: The scheduled checklist can be submitted by the user/department during any time of the day

Specific time: Add the specific time at which the scheduled checklist needs to be completed. In case you want the checklist to be submitted multiple times a day, you can add the specific times to the schedule plan

Schedule On: You can choose which days you want the schedule to recur by selecting the check-box. The scheduled checklist will not appear for days that have not been ticked

  • Weekly Schedules: These types of checklists are scheduled by the user(s) on a weekly basis. If you’re on the Schedules page, simply click on the weekly schedule, choose any time or a specific day of the week (as per your requirements) and save your changes.
  • Monthly Schedules: These types of checklists are scheduled by the user(s) on a monthly basis. If you’re on the Schedules page, click on a monthly schedule, select date of the month, the day of the week, or any time of the month. Select the appropriate month on which you want to schedule the checklist and save your settings.
  • Specific Time Schedules: These checklists can be scheduled to be completed by users during a specific time. If you’re on the Schedules page, click on the 3 dots available on the right-hand side, select Add Specific Time Schedule, select a specific date and time from the calendar slot, select location and department, and save your settings.
