• From the menu bar, hover over Issues
  • Select Raise An Issue from the dropdown
  • Enter your issue name
  • Select your location from the dropdown menu
  • Choose your department from the dropdown menu
  • Select a user from the dropdown menu
  • Select the time period for which the issue is still due (e.g. 17 hours or 2 days)
  • Upload (maximum 3) images of the issue
  • Select a date and time
  • Mark your signature
  • Click on the Submit button to submit your issue
