In case assigned checklists are not submitted within the required time frame, you can escalate the unfinished task to the respective users by setting up the escalation schedule.

  • First level escalation- Add your duration in minutes and add users via their username or email id
  • Second level escalation- Add your duration in minutes and add users via their username or email id (Total escalation time: First Level + Second Level)
  • Third level escalation- Add your duration in minutes and add users via their username or email id (Total escalation time: First Level + Second Level + Third Level)
