There are 3 ways you can assign permissions to a particular user:

While Adding New User

  • Click on the gear icon ⚙️
  • Click on the Users option
  • Click on the Add User button
  • Enter the First Name
  • Enter the Last Name
  • Enter Username
  • Enter Email Address (Used For Login & Notifications)
  • Enter password
  • Confirm your password
  • Enter 4-Digit Numerical PIN (Used For Field User Login)
  • Enter Phone Number (Used For Login & Notifications)
  • Assign the site, role, and department for the user from the list in the “Assign” section
  • Click on the Submit button to add the user

When You Know The Site Assigned To The User

  • Click on the gear icon ⚙️
  • Click on the Users option
  • From the list of sites available on the left, click on the site the user you want to edit is in
  • Click on the pencil icon against the name of the user you want to edit
  • Assign the user type for the sites from the list in the “Assign” section
  • Click on the Submit button to update the user type

When The Existing User Hasn’t Been Assigned Any Site

  • Click on the gear icon ⚙️
  • Click on the Users option
  • From the menu available on the left, click on the all users or the unassigned users option
  • Click on the pencil icon against the name of the user you want to edit
  • Assign the user type for the sites from the list in the “Assign” section
  • Click on the Submit button to update the user type
