Issue status emails provide reports of all issues raised at the sites you manage.

  • Click on the gear icon
  • Click on the Site Emails option
  • Select your Site from the dropdown menu
  • Enter an email ID or a user and click on the ( + ) button for receiving issue status emails
  • You can choose the frequency of the incoming site status emails: daily, weekly or monthly
  • Click on the Save Settings button to save your changes
